Can I take a deposit to protect against no-shows?
Yes, deposits and no-show protection are available from the Pay As You Go plan up, so you don't need to pay a monthly fee to switch it on. You set the deposit amount; the client pays it at the time of booking.
What if my shop takes walk-ins only?
The free listing still gets you discovered online and gives customers a tracked "Call to book" button, so they can call ahead while you keep walk-ins on the door. You upgrade to online booking only when you want to.
